Synopsis

*Innovation Scout looks for wicked, really interesting, sometimes uncomfortable problems. If unpacked and reframed properly, they enable brilliant opportunities for innovation projects. The organization pre-innovation pipeline and solution neutral - we find great problems and clients find great solutions to solve them. We don't ask our clients to splash out on more money on innovation but instead ask them to shift when and what they spend their money on. Investing in finding and defining problems.

*Innovation Scout Operations Chief Nick Devitt is an innovation and development specialist with an excellent record. He has an in depth, hands on understanding of innovation. An experienced facilitator with great all round communication skills and the ability to instigate, energise, and stimulate innovation.

Innovation workshop

*1. Design of business:

This involves understanding business models with particular emphasis on business model innovation, including an introduction to knowledge funnel - mystery, heuristics and algorithm, Design Thinking, and ways to develop employees as design thinkers.

*2. Fostering innovation culture within organisations::

Learning to understand innovation, types, applications and models. We then define innovation culture and the process for companies to be more innovative by understanding the importance of problem framing, brainstorming, and role of 'intrapreneurs'.

Both workshops are full of real examples and case studies, and include activities planned for further participation.

Through our workshop, attendees will learn how to design a framework for innovation process and redesign your business model for successful exploitation of ideas mushrooming in your organization.
