We worked with Durham County Council to help them explore new working methods. This involved a workshop with the transformation team to introduce methods such as; Design Thinking, Lean Innovation and visual organisation design.
As part of the initial engagement we ran a collaborative session to show how our methods could be applied to numerous scenarios to achieve positive outcomes.
