As an experienced Design Thinking facilitator, Phil brings over 2 decades of hands-on experience guiding organisations through the process of user-centred innovation.

Having worked with a wide range of clients – from ambitious start-ups to established multinationals Phil excels at helping teams unlock their creativity and develop practical solutions to complex challenges. His facilitation style is engaging, insightful, and tailored to the unique needs of each project, ensuring that every voice is heard and every idea is explored.

Phil is also a fully qualified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator.

We asked Phil to deliver a design thinking workshop for our innovation project NE Culture is Digital. He provided a range of useful techniques and bespoke templates for the session. These resources and his strong facilitation provided a great way for our participants to gain a clarity around the challenges they faced as organisations and enabled them to work with partners from the CDIT sector to co-design potential solutions. Great work!
