A highly-experienced and award-winning design and innovation consultant, helping organisations improve the products, services, and processes that their customers and colleagues rely on. Over the last decade I have transformed government departments, local authorities, multinational corporates, high-street brands, and a variety of scale-ups and start-ups right across the UK and beyond.

A natural ‘design thinker’ my skills are deep in market and user research, CX transformation, and service design, and broad across digital strategy, experience design, and innovation management. My approach blends the principles and practices of human-centred design and organisational psychology. In practice, this means a focus on co-creation and collaboration. While you know your business better than anyone else, it sometimes takes an outsider to unlock your next step. That’s where I come in.

A highly experienced facilitator, I help organisations make sense of what they already know, and what they don’t. I can then lead any primary and secondary research required, bringing the findings back to help senior leadership teams decide and prioritise their next steps. I also have significant experience in both the private and public sectors creating and scaling design teams and functions, and so can support with this, and the transition of innovations into BAU processes. digital technologies.
