Overview:A LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® half-day workshop designed and delivered to support Cybernorth’s accelerator programme.
Brief: To deliver an immersive workshop at the mid-point of an intensive cyber security accelerator programme
The session was designed to help unlock existing knowledge within the team and made use of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology with an emphasis on the key learning points from the programme and how they could be applied moving forward.
Specific questions were created after some initial consultation with Cybernorth’s management team that were used to initiate model building and in-depth discussions.
Questions included:
Q1: Build a model that characterizes how your startup could create a unique value proposition in cybersecurity
Q2: Build a model that characterizes the biggest cybersecurity challenge startups on the accelerator are facing today.
Q3: Show what a high-performing cybersecurity team looks like.
Q4: Illustrate the agents that make up the cybersecurity landscape.
Outcomes: The session delivered some significant insights from all participants and clarity around how future iterations of the commercial ideas could potentially play out.
