A common question whenever we run LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops is “What comes next?” So we now have landscapes, models and connections that have sparked relevant and deep conversations, creativity and flow states the likes of which have sometimes never been seen in corporate environments. But what happens now?
This is something that I sympathise with. Often the momentum that the LSP workshop creates can be lost as soon as the workshop finishes and participants can be left with a feeling that they have been left with no clear path forward.
To address we have created an approach that we call “Hybrid Systems” In short this means that the lego pieces form part of a bigger picture, and that participants can then move from working in metaphor to the more rational and logical areas of the brain. This way, ideas and metaphors become actions and roadmaps. And our innately human need for forward motion is addressed.
